May Phillips May Phillips discovered decorative painting in 1984. Since then, her work has been published nationally. In 1994 and 1998, her original design Christmas ornaments were selected to hang on the White House Christmas Tree in the Blue Room.

She hosted the TV show, Tole Time for two years and also has project video. Nancy has taught at many conventions and has been published in Paint Works. Her patterns are wonderful to work up and her instructions are easy to follow.
