Packets Unlimited is brought to you by Maureen and Mel Smith of
Palmdale, California. Maureen has been a tole and decorative
painter, teacher and designer for approximately ten years. The
Smiths owned a tole shop in the Antelope Valley of California for
over eight years, which they closed in July, 2002.

It is our goal to bring to the decorative painting community a site
where artists and designers from all over the world can offer their
decorative painting instructional packets to tole and decorative
painters worldwide.

We also have plans to bring some very special additions to this
site and hope that you will come back often to see what's new and
different.
