Packets Unlimited is brought to you by Maureen and Mel Smith of Warrenton, Georgia. Maureen has been a tole and decorative painter, teach and designer for approximately 15 years. The Smiths owned a tole shop in the Antelope Valley of California for over eight years. They moved to Georgia, to "their house in the woods" in 2007.

We have now changed our site and sell only discounted packets, books, surfaces, brushes, supplies, etc.
